We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to manage a wide range of human resource functions, including payroll, compliance, recruitment, and employee engagement etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.)
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Prepare HR reports and MIS using Excel
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in HR or related field
- Strong knowledge of processes, payroll, compliances & MS Excel
- Good communication and organizational skills
- 0–3 years of relevant experience. (Freshers with strong knowledge can apply)
